Redpath Partners are working alongside one of Australia’s most established property development companies who specialise in retail, residential, and industrial assets.

Due to growth, they are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their Sydney team and assist on one of their most prestigious assets in their portfolio, a flagship shopping centre.

If you are currently a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Administrator, or an Assistant Facilities Manager and have the hunger and desire to progress your career in facilities management to an Operations Manager with a respected landlord long term, then this could be the position for you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Manage capital works including tenancy delivery works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all the key stakeholder groups.
- Support and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Contribute to performance reporting requirements.
- Support team capability through sharing knowledge and best practices.

**The Individual**:

- Diploma of FM or Bachelor in related field.
- 3+ years’ working experience in a facilities management capacity.
- Retail experience advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
