Your new role

You'll be the go-to for all things facilities across a curated portfolio of buildings in Sydney's inner suburbs. From contractor management and compliance to minor works and tenant engagement, you'll play a key role in keeping these assets running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll work closely with asset managers, tenants, and service providers to deliver a premium experience across the board.

What you will need to be successful

  • Experience in facilities or building management, ideally across commercial or mixed-use assets
  • Strong knowledge of building services, compliance, and contractor oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Trade background or FM qualifications highly regarded
