About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of facilities across the organisation. This includes overseeing building maintenance, contractor management, WHS compliance, asset lifecycle planning, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operation, maintenance, and safety of building facilities and assets
  • Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs
  • Coordinate and monitor external contractors and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and statutory regulations
  • Manage facility-related budgets and reporting
  • Oversee refurbishments, fit-outs, and minor capital works projects
  • Respond to facility-related enquiries and incidents in a timely manner
  • Drive continuous improvement in sustainability, efficiency, and workplace experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or trade role
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and contractors
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach when required
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities management, building services, engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in commercial, corporate, industrial or multi-site environments (advantageous)
