**Job Description** The Role: Move the Dial in EV Charging**

The Residential Customer Service Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activities, providing excellent customer service, effective communication and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, the role requires training customers on ocular products and services.
- Answer inbound sales calls (approx..40-60/day) to help guide customers through their EV purchase journey.
- Educate customers on EVSE products and services, including EV chargers, accessories, and installation packages, to ensure customers are knowledgeable and confident in their purchases.
- Become a product and industry expert and use this knowledge to effectively inspire prospects
- Develop your sales skills and grow within your role
- Meet or exceed (KPIs) related to sales input and output metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer acquisition goals.

**Qualifications** About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, articulate product benefits, and negotiate terms to drive results.
- Ability to communicate messages confidently and effectively.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably within the residential sector or related industries. Experience in B2C sales is advantageous.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
