About the Job

Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, supporting a trusted brand supplying certified PPE and safety solutions across construction, manufacturing, mining, and other demanding industries. You'll process orders, solve product queries, and build relationships that help make Australian workplaces safer and more productive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer service and sales calls professionally

  • Accurately process sales orders and provide product information

  • Proactively up-sell and cross-sell on all orders

  • Support Business Development Managers with sales-related tasks

  • Conduct telemarketing and prospecting activities to new groups and potential distributors

  • Participate in proactive telesales to new prospects and remote customers

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and provide detailed, accurate reports

  • Work independently to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets

About You

  • Proven track record of solid sales performance

  • Highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • A warm, approachable communicator who earns customer trust and loyalty

  • Experienced in customer service or sales support (industrial or B2B experience valued)

  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with ERP/CRM, Microsoft Office, and keen to learn new tools

  • Driven to deliver "WOW" service: always looking for safer, smarter ways to help customers

  • Demonstrated humility, a willingness to learn and admit mistakes, and an openness to feedback.

  • A strong sense of hunger/drive, a proactive approach to achieving goals, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
