As an Indoor Sales and Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and supporting sales activities within our indoor sales environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and driving sales revenue through effective communication and support.

**Customer Support and Issue Resolution**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to products, payments, or delivery, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department if needed.
- Assist with processing orders, product returns, exchanges, and refunds, following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, features, and updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Provide post-sales support, including order tracking, delivery updates, and follow-up communication.

**Product Knowledge and Presentation**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our product line and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
- Present product features, benefits, and specifications clearly and effectively to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations or explain product usage to customers to enhance their understanding and drive sales.
