The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative (Industrial

Products) to join our growing team. This role is integral to building and maintaining

strong client relationships, expanding our market reach, and ensuring our products

continue to meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The successful

applicant will be responsible for promoting and selling Harmony Stone Gallery's full

range of natural and engineered stone products to trade, retail, and commercial

clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Compile and maintain lists of prospective client businesses through

directories, networking, and industry sources.

● Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, competitor

offerings, and evolving market conditions.

● Visit existing and prospective clients to establish strong relationships and

identify new sales opportunities.

● Assess client requirements, recommend tailored product solutions, and

provide detailed explanations of product features and benefits.

● Monitor competitor activity and changing customer needs, reporting these

developments to management.

● Negotiate quotations, pricing structures, and credit terms, finalising contracts

and recording client orders.

● Arrange timely delivery and installation of stone products, coordinating with

fabricators and installers.

● Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolving any issues arising post-

sale.

● Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and records of business expenses.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants should demonstrate:

● A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

● At least 2 years' relevant sales experience in industrial products are

preferable (natural stone, construction materials, heavy equipment, or related

industries).

● Proven background in industrial sales, trade management, or construction

product supply.

● Strong knowledge of sales processes including prospecting, negotiation, and

client relationship management.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

rapport across diverse clients.

● Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets in a

competitive market.

● Practical understanding of logistics, installation coordination, and after-sales

client support.
