Prosecution Liaison Officer

**The Key Accountabilities for the role will include**:
Utilise information systems and conduct enquiries to investigate camera detected offence matters and provide recommendations to supervisors on an appropriate course of action.Prepare and proof-read a range of documents including correspondence, material for court and briefs for prosecutors, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, statutory timeframes, guidelines, procedures and systems.Provide prompt, consistent, accurate and courteous advice to members of the public and corporate entities, in relation to camera detected offence enquiries and court matters.Identify and manage client needs through targeted questioning, negotiation, conflict management techniques, and present accurate, succinct and timely records and file notes of conversations, including action taken and advice provided.Liaise with internal and external clients, including the courts, in relation to the filing of documents in the Queensland Magistrates Court.Plan and prioritise workloads in accordance with operational requirements.Adhere to information security procedures and privacy requirements to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of computer systems and client information.Contribute to the development, maintenance and review of office systems and procedures, including case file management.Develop effective working relationships and contribute to a positive workplace culture
