**About the Role
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Collating and preparing new prosecution files by compiling evidence and making requests for further information and evidentiary material to internal and external stakeholders including investigating officers from various State enforcement agencies.
- Providing information, advice and solutions to investigating officers, prosecutors, and other stakeholders in TMR, or other government departments.
- Liaising, consulting and maintaining effective relationships with team members, and internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to analyse information relating to relatively simple prosecution matters and make recommendations to your manager on the correct course that a matter should take.
- Demonstrated ability to explain the rationale behind your decisions in writing and work with others to recognise potential bias and exercise judgement about when to escalate issues.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, succinct and deliberate manner, orally and in writing.
- Experience in building and/or maintaining sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, decision-making environment which requires quick, accurate decisions.
