**Job Description**:
The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman of Dimensional's Australian business, the Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive joint support for both the Executive Chairman and a local Director. This position will work independently to perform a pivotal and wide range of complex and confidential administrative support duties. Critical to the success of the role is excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to provide information and service to a wide range of senior internal and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic culture of collaboration and innovation as part of a global business.

The Role

The Executive Assistant will perform broad administrative functions and assist with the coordination of projects to support the Australian Executive Chairman and local Director. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive calendar management (scheduling and managing conflicts) including Board and Committee meetings- Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings and development activities- Prepare meeting materials using various tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Zoom- Answer and screen incoming calls and appropriately disseminate information to the relevant stakeholders- Coordinate and manage interstate and global travel arrangements- Prepare and submit travel and expense reports in a timely manner and assist with Compliance reporting- Events coordination and management in consultation with the Events team- Special projects as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting senior level management in a corporate environment. Experience in finance desired but not essential- Experience working in a global business and coordinating senior stakeholders across multiple time zones- A track record of managing complex, global projects- Experience working in a matrix organization- Experience assisting with events preferred but not essential- Experience with online expense reporting and travel tools; Concur is preferred- A self-starter capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting simultaneous deadlines- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Discreet and able to uphold strict confidentiality
