The User Research/Usability Tester will play a central role in championing user needs through promotion of user-centric culture, supporting the agency its partners and staff to deliver world class services

**Responsibilities**
- Design, plan and undertake user research and usability testing
- Contribute to and support the delivery of user research, testing and co-design activities

**Skills and experience**
- Over 2 years of experience in leading research and/or usability testing including various research methodology
- Experience in testing varying degrees of fidelity prototypes
