**Your new role**
As the User Experience Researcher, your primary role is to plan and conduct research across our digital channels with members and customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and utilise different research methodologies to understand the digital needs and expectations of our customers, measure the usability of our digital experiences, and provide evidence-based insights to inform the design of new or improved products, services, and features.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the UX Designers, Product Owners, and key stakeholders on strategic projects to develop research plans which reflect the objectives of each project/initiative.
- Develop recruitment briefs, and work with our recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to recruit participants to ensure all required research sessions are filled.
- Write interview and usability testing scripts.
- Conduct face to face / virtual customer interviews and facilitate usability testing of digital platforms and prototypes.
- Synthesise insights from the user research to provide clear findings and recommendations. Advocate for the voice of the customer
**What you’ll need**
- Strong experience as a User Experience Researcher
- Superannuation experience highly advantageous
- Background and confidence in conducting face to face and virtual qualitative customer interviews and usability testing across self-service and other customer-facing channels.
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with an ability to adapt to different audiences and seniority. Experience producing reports on insights and recommendations.
