**UAT Tester**
**6-8 Month Contract**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled **UAT Tester** to support the testing and delivery of our client's newly developed **Customer Portal**. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the system meets functional and usability expectations through the development and execution of robust test cases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write, and execute comprehensive test cases to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Engage and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to identify requirements and testing needs.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of the Customer Portal to ensure functionality, user experience, and performance standards are met.
- Document and report issues, bugs, and test results efficiently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and strategies.

**Skills & Experience**:

- ** Experience in UAT testing** with strong ability to develop and write test cases.
- Proven experience in **stakeholder engagement and management** to work seamlessly with the business.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as:

- **HP ALM** (ideal) **OR**:

- ** Jira** and **Confluence** (as alternatives).
