**Position Summary**:
The 4D Global Account Executive plays a critical role in identifying the gap between business needs and technological solutions for our clients and will drive revenue growth focusing on 4D Globals’ GNSS hardware offerings.
As a Subject Matter Expert in 4D Globals’ products and services, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth. As an Account Executive you will be an initiator (and assist in the overall success) of projects involving high performance GNSS projects, ensuring that hardware solutions align with organizational goals, deliver maximum value, and contribute to business success.
This is a unique opportunity to work with and learn from one of the industries most respected consultants. The specific product is a leader in its’ field, so it is easy to show value to the client.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy**:
- Implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify prospective clients in both the public and private sectors and foster relationships.
- Collaborate with technical, product and project teams (where applicable) to customize solutions for specific client needs, driving revenue growth.
**Client Engagement & Relationship Building**:
- Nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
- As appropriate and as part of an overall strategy, organize engagement events, webinars, and workshops to showcase 4D Globals’ expertise and solutions.
- Gather testimonials and success stories to bolster marketing efforts.
**Metrics, Reporting & Pipeline Management**:
- Use CRM tools to maintain records and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Monitor and report on critical sales metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize business development opportunities.
**Proposal Design & Client Negotiation**:
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations, focusing on 4D Globals’ value proposition and ROI.
- Work with the Sales Manager to negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction, and collaborate on tender document preparations.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and refine campaigns based on feedback.
- Provide insights from clients to seek further growth opportunities.
**Sales Enablement & Training**:
- Participate in sales and technical training sessions, ensuring you are equipped with the latest market insights, product knowledge, and product value.
- Develop sales scripts and other tools to enhance the sales process.

- Support change management efforts by helping adapt to new software solutions and processes.
- Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures where reasonable.
- Adhere to our ISO 9001, 45001, and 27001 policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and technical knowledge by (as appropriate) attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies, attending industry events.
- Where required participate in business analysis tasks to understand customer expectations as a key contributor of opportunity evaluation.
- Undertake other professional duties, as required.
**Competencies and experience required**:
- Desired - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical field with a proven record of competency.
- Required - Proficiency in presentation and communication skills.
- Required - Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Required - Good communication, numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Required - Good knowledge and understanding of relevant Microsoft suite of programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.
- Mandatory - High level of ethics, integrity, honesty, and a desire to be rewarded based on performance.
- Desired - Ability to travel. This may eventually involve international trips.
- Required - Driver license.
- Required - Australian Permanent Residency.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
