To be successful in this role, the Field Operations Manager must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, strategic thinking abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They should possess strong leadership qualities to effectively oversee recruitment, training, and campaign execution across multiple locations within strict timelines. They must have had significant experience in managing and developing face-to-face marketing campaigns for a range of different.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and execute campaigns for three new clients in the NGO child space, primarily focusing on securing permanent spaces within airport facilities in each capital city.
- Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring that all expectations are not only met but exceeded. This includes setting realistic sales targets and goals to enable the business's growth.
- Lead the recruitment and training efforts for local staff across the three designated areas.
- Develop effective strategies for hiring and training 25 local staff in each region. Additionally, recruit and train a regional manager for each state.
- Create reports and track the progress of client accounts and individual salespeople. It is important that reports are presented clearly and easily.
- Ability to develop and manage salespeople one-on-one.

**Experience required**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Face-to-face management related role
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring salespeople to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experienced coaching and training Face-to-face salespeople.
- High-level client management skills, contract management, performance tracking and performance management.
- Proven communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret results.
- Proficient budget and forecasting skills.

Pay: $75,559.34 - $85,773.71 per year
