The role of Team Leader Compliance and Enforcement is to lead and mentor a high performing Compliance and Enforcement team. In this role, you will be managing a multi-skilled workforce investigating alleged offences and undertake proactive compliance monitoring with a range of stakeholders to achieve the goals set out in the RTA's Strategic Plan and Compliance and Enforcement Action Plan. This position will also manage a high-volume caseload and contribute to process development and improvement.
**To be successful you will need**:
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high performing team through effective coaching, mentoring and professional development strategies
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise workloads while managing staff and operational activities, particularly within a multi-skilled team with fluctuating caseloads
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and implement procedures and work instructions
Experience in Compliance and Enforcement or regulatory environments is desirable.
