**Who we are**

Pacific Meat Sales is a family owned business operating for over 25 years. Specializing in high quality meat sales to a domestic and export market. Our focus is on Pork, Beef and Veal, which is supplied through 5 different brands.

We are recruiting multiple Process Workers to join our meat processing and packing facility in Thomastown.

**Key responsibilities**
- ability to work in a fast paced and repetitive environment
- have a desire to produce product to a high standard
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- reliable and committed to working 5 days per week
- be flexible to work varied hours of the day (until finish)
- ability to work with pork/beef product
- basic knowledge of logistic systems, processes and procedures would be advantageous
- ability to resolve problems whist working autonomously

**Skills required**
- Previous experience within the meat processing industry will be highly regarded
- Be comfortable handling beef, pork and lamb meat and meat products
- Be physically fit with the ability to lift repetitively
- Working on a conveyor belt system
- Ability to follow the Health & Safety Standards and policies
- Ability to maintain a clean working environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a high performing team
- Current and valid Australian working rights

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.73 - $29.71 per hour

- Thomastown, VIC 3074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
