**About the Role**:
As an **Administration & Sales Representative**, you will take on a dual role that blends sales efforts with essential administrative tasks. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for client engagement and digital proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Client Engagement**:

- Promote and sell energy-efficient products to residential and commercial clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase energy savings for customers through government subsidies.
- Identify methods to maximise sales and profitability through sales skills.
- Manage both inbound inquiries and proactively make warm and cold calls to secure new clients.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and manage ongoing client relationships.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Handle all required documentation and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Schedule appointments for subcontractors and ensure seamless coordination.
- **Digital Proficiency**:

- Support our growing digital presence by managing social media and updating website content.
- Assist in maintaining online platforms with updates, images, and general information.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven Sales Experience** (essential)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid ABN and be ready to work as a sub-contractor.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the energy or sustainability sector.
- Basic administrative skills and proficiency in digital tools are essential.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $77,000.00 - $154,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
