**What this opportunity involves**:
Working onsite with a creative client in the advertising and communications industry, the Facilities Coordinator will lead delivery of maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material/equipment/supplies, occupancy services and planned and reactive works.
**Key responsibilities**:
Proactively engage stakeholders and build effective relationships to meet client expectations and enhance customer service
Manage vendors efficiently, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and maintaining positive relationships with building management
Monitor and validate financial operations, meeting targets and adhering to JLL Code of Ethics and control requirements
Uphold workplace health and safety responsibilities, protecting oneself, colleagues, and visitors
Implement and maintain quality improvement practices, building procedures, and performance measures, while providing 24/7 emergency support
Execute JLL Operational Risk Management program, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and adhere to escalation procedures
Meet relevant KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with JLL's business conduct guidelines and strategies
Support the broader facilities team, including providing coverage for site reception and assisting with ongoing tasks as required
**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Proven experience in site facilities management or office administration, with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the capacity to manage stakeholder expectations and balance client and firm requirements
Strong project management and organisational abilities, demonstrating a track record of managing complex operational matters and meeting tight deadlines
Technical knowledge of basic property systems (e.g., HVAC, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems, BMS) and experience in managing on-site contractors
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and implement long-term solutions while adapting to rapidly changing situations
