**The Role - What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by developing and maintaining client relationships across the building and design sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Development & Sales Growth**
- Proactively visit and manage existing B2B clients (primarily retailers)
- **Actively develop new business** with:

- Tile, bathroom & flooring retail stores
- Interior designers and design studios
- Builders, renovators, and contractors
- Promote our product range and tailor tile solutions to client needs
- Work independently to identify sales opportunities and close deals
- Provide product support, technical guidance, and advice on tile selection

**Project & Sales Cycle Management**
- Prepare quotes and follow through with orders, deliveries, and after-sales support
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, admin) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Help retailers with in-store tile displays and merchandising support to boost sell-through

**Market Intelligence**
- Stay up to date with trends in the tile and construction industry
- Report market feedback, product gaps, and competitive insights

**Who We’re Looking For**

We're after a results-driven, energetic, and passionate sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.

**You’ll Need**:

- 2-3+ years of **B2B sales experience**, ideally in tiles, flooring, bathroom, hardware, or building materials
- Demonstrated success in business development and new marketing opportunities
- A **hunter mentality** with strong self-drive and a proactive approach to building client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re confident, well-presented, and great at building trust
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
- CRM experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

- Dandenong South VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
