We are seeking an **Outside Sales Representative** to grow our customer base in the **stone surfaces industry**, targeting **stone fabricators, builders, contractors, and developers**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and expand customer network in assigned territories.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Update and manage product samples, brochures, and displays at showrooms.
- Identify new business opportunities and represent the company at trade shows.
- Track and report sales activities using CRM/ERP systems.
- Participate in showroom rotation (Saturdays 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

**Requirements**:

- College degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in **stone/tile/building materials**.
- Existing network within the industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce).
- Ability to lift stone samples (approx. 30kg).
- Valid driver’s license.
