**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales activity and foster client relationships in assigned territory.
- Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
- Develop diversified market strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Utilize CRM for automated business development planning.
- Maintain and implement key customer plans and objectives.
- Understand competitive landscape to produce results.
- Coordinate with technical representatives and departments.
- Conduct site visits and client support activities.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years selling experience in building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Executive-level presentation, selling, and negotiating skills.
- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptive.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
**Working Conditions**:
- Regular travel within the region and across Australia.
- Flexible schedule; some after-hours meetings may be required.
