Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Project Administration Support Officer to join the NBN O&M team in our Fortitude Valley office.
About the Role

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Fortitude Valley, QLD

Reporting Line: Field Service Manager
- Dispatch work received to our sub-contractor workforce
- Monitor deadlines for field completion dates
- Follow up with a sub-contractor workforce as required to meet completion dates
- Review work ticket submissions from the sub-contractor and ensure it complies with all ticket/project closure requirements
- Escalate to Field Service Management as required
- Perform general and administrative support as directed/required

In addition to the ability to perform the above tasks, we are looking for an organized, self-motivated and confident communicator who would also demonstrate the below skills and traits:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Specifically for use in Reporting (Graphs, Tables, Formulas)
- The ability to work autonomously
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- High standards of customer service
- Well-developed organizational, and administration skills;
