About the Role

We're seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate a portfolio of commercial, strata, and major loss insurance claims from start to completion. This is an administration and coordination role, where you'll be responsible for keeping claims on track, ensuring compliance, and maintaining clear communication with clients, insurers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role is office-based and you can be located at our Mascot (NSW), Pinkenba (QLD), or Mulgrave (VIC) office.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple claims and projects simultaneously.
  • Allocate and track work orders, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company, insurer, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across Prime and insurer portals.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in administration, property management, or insurance claims is highly regarded.
  • Experience in commercial or strata claims is a big plus.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confidence using digital platforms and systems.
