Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a talented Proposals Coordinator with demonstrated industry experience coordinating bids and tenders in the construction/infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities include;
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of proposal development for client projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Prepare proposal outlines, schedules, and templates, and ensure compliance with client requirements and internal guidelines.
- Maintain records of proposal materials, past projects, and templates for efficient retrieval and reuse
- Participate in meetings and presentations to support the proposal process and contribute to the development of winning strategies

Key requirements include;
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing proposals for client projects
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of the client-side project management consulting services industry will be advantageous
