Project Coordinator / Administration

Project Coordinator / Administrator required for 6 month contract in Brisbane, you join an action packed projects team delivering an exciting IT/SAP project.

As a project coordinator you will be working very closely with the SAP Project Manager to coordinate tasks & activities and ensuring deliverables are being met. There will also be ad hoc activities so your energy and great attitude will be vital.

The responsibilities in this role are:

- Identify planning and scheduling options, analyse these and communicate recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Meetings - Coordination of PM updates, IT delivery meetings.
- Track activities against the project schedule and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact to the business
- Daily administration tasks, minute taking and documentation where required

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience coordinating IT projects in a similar role
- Ability to organise large meetings with all management levels in attendance
- Strong scheduling / MS Project skills
