australia brisbane contract au$550 - au$625 per day + daily rateTalent International is searching for an experienced **Project Coordinator** to join our client, a leading logistics organisation. This role is based in **Fortitude Valley** on a 6-month contract.

**Purpose**:
The Project Coordinator will coordinate the activities, resources, financials and information associated with the Infrastructure projects to support the Program Manager in a successful project implementation. The Project Coordinator will be required to support multiple projects at any one time.

**Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables**:

- Assist the Program Manager to ensure project management governance and controls are adhered to across the program.
- Assist the Project Managers with financial management activities such as raising purchase orders and requisitions, paying invoices, maintaining the project cost model and completing month end requirements such as forecasts and accruals.
- Assist the Project Managers in the maintenance of the project schedule using (MS Project), reviewing the schedule regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner and that the resource forecasts are accurate for timesheets.
- Produce status reports, assist with the compilation of Steering Committee packs, maintain action logs and registers and complete any ad hoc reporting requirements
- Facilitate new start processes, access and tracking of resource information and assist with compilation of Business Cases, SOWs and SOW variations for project resources.
- Support the Project Manager with any other project related administrative activities such as booking travel, attending meetings and taking Minutes and maintaining project related registers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years previous Project Coordinator experience, ideally in Information Technology.
- Experience in Microsoft Office including MS Project
- Experience in using the SAP procurement and project modules is mandatory.
- Experience in managing project financials in SAP and a financial workbook (cost model).

**Specific Skills**:

- High level of IT project management skills and experience and have worked within a PMO.
- Proven experience working in large complex organisations.
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple activities and projects in parallel.
- High level of interpersonal, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills and an ability to effectively develop common goals and strong working relationships with senior managers, operational staff and external suppliers.
- Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Project.
- High level of skill in SAP Projects and Procurement modules.
- Previous experience using Project Online is highly desirable.
