We are seeking a values-driven and dedicated Administration Assistant reporting to the Corps Officers. You will provide efficient clerical and administration support to the Corps, in order to enhance mission and ministry outcomes and to support the achievement of the TSA mission.

This is a permanent part-time 15 hours per week position based at Toowoomba Corps.

You will successfully
- Perform general administrative and clerical activities within the Corps, including filing, processing mails, general correspondence etc
- Assist with Management of all data for mission volunteers including integrity checks & induction of volunteers
- Manage recording and reporting of copyright information as per our licenses.
- Manage all data entry requirements into centralised or local databases to ensure the efficient flow of information
- Manage all tasks (bookings, rosters, business breakfast, resources, money counting) associated with the Red Shield Appeal.
- Support the production of electronic and printed media including word documents, newsletters, PowerPoints, photos, videos, for social media
- Manage venue hire including; enquiries, bookings, contracts, approvals.

You will have
- 3+ years administration office/practice experience working with some level of autonomy
- Certificate in Business Administration and/or extensive experience
- Solid level of computer literacy in MS Office and understanding of computerised centralised accounting systems and other centralised general databases
- Sound presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) to be able to interact positively with a variety of people
- A Drivers Licence
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
