Our business has expanded across three key service areas:

- Restaurant in Brisbane
- Catering for corporate and private events
- Food truck for festivals, markets, and private functions

We are now seeking a dynamic and strategic **Service Manager** to oversee operations across all three business units and drive their ongoing growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day operations for catering, food truck, and restaurant services
Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue in the catering and food truck segments
Organise and manage logistics for corporate, private and public events
Oversee customer service standards across all areas of the business
Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple service streams
Manage operational costs and profitability for each business unit
Provide regular financial and performance reports segmented by business line
Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns

Minimum 1 year experience in service management in hospitality, catering, or event operations
Proven experience in business development and P&L management
Strong leadership and project management skills
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and special events
Valid driver’s licence (preferred, to assist with food truck operations)
