About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate **Client Services Manager** to lead our Disability Services division. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with NDIS and other government-funded program requirements.
You'll drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery while working collaboratively with HR, Rostering, Quality Safeguarding and Practice, and Business Support and Systems Administration.

**Duties**:
- Oversee client support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements.
- Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive culture.
- Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.
- Lead audits and continuous improvement to ensure services consistently meet NDIS standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR, Rostering, and other departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.
Skills and Experience:
**Essential**:
- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
- knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Desirable**:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health or a related field.
- Experience in setting up new services and managing multiple sites.
