Independent Locksmiths & Security specialises in locks, restricted master keying, safes, access control, CCTV, and alarm monitoring. Based in North Parramatta, we employ 60 staff, including 20 on-road technicians, delivering high-quality security solutions to major commercial clients.

We’re seeking a **Full-Time Service Administrator** to join our busy Service Department. This is an **entry-level opportunity** for someone looking to kickstart a career in administration while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Answer customer calls
- Coordinate company fleet servicing and restocking
- Maintain compliance documents and customer portal requirements
- Support the Service Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Assist the IMS department with updating forms and policies

**What We’re Looking For**
- Confident using **Microsoft Office Suite** and **Google Workspace/Gmail**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Friendly, proactive, and organised attitude
- Experience with **simPRO** is a plus but not essential - we provide training
