**About the opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a robust Application Administrator and be accountable for the upkeep, configuration and effective day to day operation of selected systems.

**Key accountabilities**:
The Applications Administrator is accountable for:

- Providing support and timely resolution of issues raised through the Enterprise Service Desk (level 1 support)
- Analysing operational activities to identify and deliver system improvements
- Guiding and training system end users in the effective use of the system
- Working with vendors to ensure the organisation's requirements are understood, issues are managed, and product roadmap are understood and effectively utilised

**Typical experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience with TechnologyOne
- Expertise in TechnologyOne Financials and Supply Chain modules
- Proficient in TechnologyOne CiA Purchasing and Assets modules
- Experience with TechnologyOne reporting, ETLs, and CPM (Desirable)
- Familiarity with TechnologyOne CiA and Ci
- Ability to configure, set up, and perform system administrator tasks within TechnologyOne
- Experience with Workday and Vendor Panel (Desirable)
- Skilled in providing Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information
- Possession of an accounting qualification
- A collaborative team player with a strategic mindset
