**About the role**
The Level Crossing Removal Project is on the hunt for an Employee Experience Change Lead to join the fun & vibrant Employee Experience team. Reporting to the Manager of Employee Experience, you will manage the change and communications required to roll out strategic initiatives and programs for the People and Culture team, enhancing the experience of all employees at LXRP.
So, what will you be doing on a day to day in this integral role?
- Change management project delivery - Create detailed change and communication plans that support employees adapting to the change initiatives whilst meeting project plan timelines.
- Communication planning - create communications that are fit to LXRP's tone and culture, as well as providing guidance and information content where necessary.
- Stakeholder Management - liaise with teams like Communications and Stakeholder Relations to collaborate on the success delivery of initiatives.
The Employee Experience Change Lead role is a 3-year fixed term contract, paying between $103,920 - $125,735 plus superannuation. Whilst based within the CBD office, a hybrid working arrangement (weekly blend of office and remote working) is envisioned for this role.

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable.
