**About the Role**

As the HR Officer, you will be reporting to a down-to-earth, fair and supportive Senior HR Business Partner who possesses a wealth of experience and a great sense of humour

Jumping on board with the team, you will start off supporting the Senior HR Business Partner across a range of HR projects such as Workforce Planning projects, Succession Planning projects, Learning and Development projects, to name a few. This is a such great start in any organisation, as you will be across the HR agenda firsthand, as well as developing solid relationships with your new stakeholders

From there, you will support the full employee lifecycle across their two manufacturing sites, consisting of approximately 700 employees. With the more day-to-day HR, you will be getting very involved in the organisation's ER/IR, such as supporting investigations, Award/legislative interpretation and advice, EBA negotiations next year. The ER/IR component of the role is a large focus of the role, so possessing a genuine interest in this area is important.

**About You**

You are a go-getter, self-starter, and enthusiastic HR Professional who enjoys a HR generalist remit consisting of both project work and BAU HR, with a focus on ER/IR.

You will possess a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to build and maintain good relationships across the business, with a willingness to get involved in all areas of HR.

It is essential you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, able to confidently work autonomously, as well as being a strong contributor as part of a team.
