We have an exciting full time opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our busy team.

**About the role**:
This role will provide administrative support across recruitment, training and development and WH&S compliance. There is an immediate focus on recruitment administration and you will manage multiple recruitment processes with ease.

Key duties include:

- records management, updating, maintaining and effectively communicating HR polices, procedures & forms;
- Assist with developing communication strategies to build awareness of training initiatives and learning opportunities to support employee professional and personal development
- co-ordinate training & bookings and maintain training records
- assist with staff engagement events and rewards and recognition initiatives
- other ad-hoc duties

**What you will need to be considered**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Previous experience in a HR Assistant position (or Administration)
- Ability to build trusting relationships and maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated time management and strong organisational skills
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
- Willingness to take on additional tasks when required
- Experience using HRIS is highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Mircosoft Office Skills
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia
