In addition to recruitment duties, this role also provides administrative support to the HR team as well as relief roster administration coverage on an as needed basis (full on the job training will be provided).

**Recruitment**
- Assist with key HR processes including onboarding, induction, internal transfers and offboarding;
- Assist with the recruitment process including advertising, screening applicants, organising interviews and additional employment checks
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external recruitment matters
- Manage HR administration including employment contracts, letters and reporting
- Maintain accurate records within personnel files and the HR Information System (CHRIS21)
- Preparation of HR and Recruitment related reports

**Rostering (Relief Basis)**
- Prepare weekly rosters to ensure the appropriate levels of staffing.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive record management relating to the roster and roster amendments.

**Our perfect fit**:

- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Tertiary education in human resources (preferred)
- Strong administrative experience (Recruitment/HR being highly desirable)
- General understanding of employment law, modern awards and employment contracts
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines in a high volume environment, particularly when there are competing priorities.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and management
- High level of professional integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
