As a not-for-profit organisation, our employees enjoy taking home more money in their pay through salary sacrificing** We are seeking an **experienced HR Recruiter **(Full Time Monday to Friday) who enjoys working as part of a close knit head office team located in Brisbane CBD, close to public transport. You will be self-motivated and want to "own" the role, be an excellent communicator and team player with strong attention to detail. You will manage the recruitment and on-boarding of new Direct Care Workers including communicating with external job seekers, conducting interviews, referee checks and orientation. You will ensure employee files are established and documentation is compliant. You will need experience in a similar recruitment role but aged care experience is not required as industry training is provided. There is the opportunity for future professional growth within our organisation. To be successful in this role you will have: - Minimum Cert IV in HR - Previous experience recruiting and on-boarding staff - Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills and a "can do" attitude - Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Experience using platforms such as Seek and Indeed and MS Office - A team player - An ability to speak another language is highly valued You will need to have working rights in Australia and have an Australian National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza. All Aged Care is a quality experienced Home Care (aged care) provider in SE QLD supporting clients to remain living independently in their homes in the community. **Benefits**:Competitive salary and as a non-profit employee you will receive salary tax benefits which result in you taking home more in your pay each fortnight.
