HR Coordinator

- Pay $40 - $43 p/h+super | Part time
Join a supportive and collaborative HR team within the Not for Profit sector working 3 days per week until 19th December. The role will support with administrative duties of the wider HR team. This position requires strong attention to detail as the incumbent will be dealing with contracts, remuneration information, statements of service and more.
Responsibilities:
• Support the P&C Administrator with administration of employee lifecycle processes via PageUp & iChris
• Maintenance of digital staff files
• Creation of new position numbers and assisting with recruitment needs
• Assist with management of fleet cars in management system
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of new employees
• Assist with administration & reception duties at the main office when required
You will have:
- 3-5 years experience in HR/Recruitment working as part of a team
- Experience using a database/CRM and keeping records updated
- Excellent time management skills and experience meeting deadlines
- Seamless communication skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders at different levels
