We are looking for a HR Team Administrator to join our People Matters team.
**The Role**
The HR Team Administrator proactively supports the People Matters team by assisting with administrative, learning and development, recruitment, and broader HR team and organisational needs. The role requires an individual who is incredibly organised and loves to manage data and jump into Excel, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date, and stakeholders have the right information at the right time.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Support the end-to-end people experience for the People Matters team, including recruitment, onboarding, culture, performance, learning and development, HR programs, HRIS administration, and system support
- Manage the L&D calendar, master list and the L&D mailbox.
- Undertake business and people reporting (e.g., turnover, People Leader and L&D reports).
- Undertake data audits and analysis on a range of People and Business processes.
- Maintain and update HR Intranet information and documentation
- Coordinate and support the data entry into and submission of HR Monthly reports
**The Typical Experiences**:
- 5+ years Experience in an Administrative role, ideally in a role with a data coordination and management focus.
- Highly experienced and proficient in MS Office with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- The ability to undertake data analysis and general data auditing.
- Experience working independently and self-managing
- Proven experience with learning and becoming an expert in new software systems and tools
- L&D or payroll administration experience is preferred
