**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying up to $32/Hour + Super. This role is located in Sydney CBD

**About the Role**

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Maintain electronic and hard copy records in accordance with the information management and record keeping policies to ensure efficient and organised information retrieval and storage.
- Register and disseminate incoming and outgoing documents and information ensuring adherence to required process, policy and requirements.
- Provide high quality client services, including responding to enquiries accurately and clearly and in a courteous and timely manner face to face, by phone or in writing, recording action taken and following up where required.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to other functional areas that come under the control of the Manager Registry & Security.
- Assist with general registry and support services including mail deliveries, photocopying, filing and switchboard management.

**About You**
- Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding workload in a fluctuating environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a small team environment and to provide effective support to the organisation.
- Previous experience with Data entry, filing and scanning documents.
- Experience with face to face customer service.
