Registry Officer | NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)

  • Location: Sydney NSW
  • Pay Rate:  $40.80 per hour + Super
  • Duration: 27 October 2025 – 28 November 2025
  • Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite – full-time in office
  • Pre-employment Checks: 2 x References & Police Check

About the Role

As a Registry Officer, you'll provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support to assist the efficient operation of the Tribunal. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in preparing matters for hearing and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, courteous assistance to clients in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • Prepare matters for hearing, including document collation, scheduling, and special arrangements.
  • Deliver a range of administrative and clerical support services, including data entry, correspondence, and file management.
  • Input, retrieve, and maintain accurate information in NCAT's case management systems.
  • Liaise with Tribunal Members, colleagues, and external parties to support smooth proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with Tribunal protocols, policies, and confidentiality standards.
