**Investment Operations - Unit Registry / Transfer Agent.**

Our multinational financial services client is looking for an experienced
**Unit Registry **professional to join their investment operations team, with the primary focus of providing daily prices as well as cash forecasting, issuing daily, monthly and annual statements to the client’s investors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is responsible for processing daily transactions received from investors as well as distributions, completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Client (KYC) checks on investors to ensure full adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

**Tasks**:

- Ensure that all operational registry and reporting deliverables to both internal and external clients are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage client relationship from both a strategic and day to day tactical perspective ensuring coherence between client requirements and service capabilities
- Ensuring AML/KYC policies are understood and followed
- Management of third party vendor as required.
- This role will sit in the Sydney CBD office (WFH flexibility)._

To be considered for this 12-month contract opportunity you have:

- Knowledge of the unit registry operational flows.
- Knowledge of fund accounting operational concepts.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of client servicing.
- Strong understanding of AML/FATCA/CRS rules and RG97 regulations
- Previous Unit Registry, finance and/or banking background.
