**About the opportunity**

This role will be responsible for coordination of various resourcing activities for contingent workers across technology team. The role will work as a team member in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team.

As a resourcing Coordinator, you will help managing and co-ordinate all aspects of designated engagement and to facilitate the smooth onboarding/offboarding of resource and updating of skills and other details for resourcing in technology team

**How will I help?
- Key responsibility of this role is to assist with all onboarding and offboarding tasks (via Service Desk) and associated activities for large group of contingent workers.
- Maintain resource allocation and associated details (e.g. start date, contract end date, skillset, extension and other notes) for contingent workers.
- Maintain access for resources and type of license based on resource allocation to project(e.g.dev/test tools etc.)
- Logistic management (e.g. assets inventory management, coordination with SD and mailroom etc.to deliver and recover Bupa hardware assigned to contingent workers.
- Generate EPM report, timesheet, and compliance training reports as advised.
- Assist with Vendors invoice processing and validation.
- Accruals draft creation on request for finance team
- Provide support to Leads with resource inquiry and communication where required
