As a HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation and contributing to our positive workplace culture. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside our brilliant People (HR) team and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.

**What you'll do**:

- Perform HR administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Administer time and attendance, payroll, and HR platforms to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Prepare employment contracts and new starter packs
- Coordinate new starter onboarding plans in collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate key HR programs such as annual performance reviews, KPI setting and salary reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Completing analysis and reports of key HR metrics
- Assist in designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding processes

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
- Experience in a similar HR administration or coordinator role is essential
- Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
