Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Assist in guiding steel fabrication and structural projects from inception to completion, ensuring all operations align with strategic and compliance frameworks.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Progress Tracking: Coordinate and track project deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Resource Management: Effectively oversee and coordinate resources, reflecting high safety and quality standards.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact for project inquiries and facilitate communication with a network of professionals. Negotiate with various stakeholders and oversee subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and maintain awareness of relevant legal, quality, and building standards.
- Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing compliance status for internal stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of any potential compliance issues.
- Tender Management: Oversee the detailed process of preparing, evaluating, and managing project tenders and proposals, contributing to our mission to excel in the industry.

Qualifications:

- At least Bachelor Degree
- Proven previous experience in project administration or a similar role within the construction or structural engineering industry.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with legal, quality, and building standards relevant to construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
