Job Title: Full-Time/Part-Time Customer Support Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and organizing freight pickups/deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Contributing to the development of customer support policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Experience with using invoicing systems, freight software and inventory management tools are preferred but not essential.
- Strong excel skills also preferred. Must be willing to learn on the job.
- Experience with Cin7 Core(DEAR systems), Inventory Planner and Xero preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven experience in customer service or similar roles
- Experience in administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and organizing freight pickups/deliveries as well as inventory management.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
