**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Working closely with a team of Account Managers at our head office in Wangara, this busy role will see you handling all aspects of day-to-day fleet management support and administration requirements and delivering exceptional customer service for a well established client portfolio.
Your days will be varied and duties will include:
- Proactively attending to client enquiries and requirements,
- Assisting with facilitating new client implementations
- Providing advice on vehicle selection, replacement programs and fleet management
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring best value outcomes on behalf of clients
- Preparing, analysing and delivering monthly client reporting
- Ongoing client support, and relationship management
- Data entry and general admin support
The role will primarily be office based however face to face contact including offsite meetings may be required.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- You have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar proactive client support role ideally with large government or corporate clients
- You’re a passionate communicator looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced organisation
- You’re customer focused with a passion for excellence
- You take initiative, love a challenge and thrive on learning new skills

- Solutions oriented approach with excellent time management skills
- Strong administration skills
- Advanced IT skills including Salesforce or similar CRM systems and MS office

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
