We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service and Sales Support Officer to join our team in Wangara

**Requirements of the position**:

- Customer service, internal sales and administration experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and work in a close-knit team
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills
- Computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use different systems

Scheduling experience preferred

This role Involves internal sales for product enquiries/following up and scheduling quotes, job bookings, using Xero for invoices and answering phone calls.

The position will suit someone with the ability to deal with customer issues and someone who is confident and wanting to hit the ground running.

Building industry background preferred but not essential
