We are seeking an energetic, motivated and detail focused individual to join our administration and customer service team in the role of _**Customer Service**_ _**/ Accounts Administration All Rounder.**_

This role is fast paced and will suit someone with experience in accounts receivables (MYOB), along with a general administration and customer service background.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Receivable account reconciliations.
- Liaising directly with and responding to customers regarding customer enquiries and managing their accounts.
- Daily payment processing and allocation.
- Complete end of month processes as required.
- Maintenance and operation of Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM).
- Accounts and sales data entry.
- Work closely with our admin, sales and delivery teams.
- Administration jobs as required.

**Successful applicants will possess the following**:

- MYOB experience or similar accounting package.
- Excellent phone, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement attitude.
- Positive attitude and energy.
- Ability to work with people at all levels.
- Enjoy working unsupervised.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Full training on our CRM systems and internal processes will be provided.
