Reporting to the Technology Director, but with day-to-day advice and guidance coming from the Senior IT Operations Analyst in the team who will guide you towards success with ongoing support and mentoring, you will be providing IT support to the company’s end users, as well as being involved in the delivery of IT projects and initiatives in an Apple/MAC and Google Workspace environment made up of 80% Macbook and 20% Windows user endpoints.

You’ll be responsible for providing support using tools such as JAMF, Okta, Google Admin, Manage Engine / Desktop Central as well as supporting the Audio & Visual tech in the meeting rooms.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Level 1-2 troubleshooting.
- Service desk queue management.
- Software installation and support.
- Desktop builds and deployment for Mac (80%) and Windows (20%) endpoints.
- Hardware installation and support.
- iOS & Android device support.
- Audio Visual support including video conferencing, meeting rooms and live streams.
- User management via Active Directory, Okta and Google Workspace.
- Asset & Inventory management.
- Other IT operations related tasks as required.

**The skills and experience required for this role**:

- 2 + years’ experience in a IT Support role.
- IT Certifications in relevant fields.
- Operating system environments Windows 10 Mac OS X 10.10 +
- Desktop Central and / or Jamf device management.
- Application support experience.
- Microsoft Office 365.
- Google Workspace.
- Hardware fault diagnosis.
- Troubleshooting software issues.
- iOS & Android devices.
- Customer Service Experience.
